Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 23 December 2009 was 254.59p (ex
income) 255.75p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,165,998 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 23 December 2009 was 254.03p (ex income) 255.15p (cum income).
