guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 1 September 2009 was 223.18p (ex
income) 226.86p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,775,750 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 1 September 2009 was 222.86p (ex income) 226.41p (cum income).
