guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 9 September 2009 was 232.30p (ex
income) 236.61p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,525,750 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 9 September 2009 was 231.97p (ex income) 236.16p (cum income).
