Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 26 January 2009 was 182.79p (ex

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,003,750 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 26 January 2009 was 182.67p(ex income) 184.46p (cum income).
