Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 8 May 2009 was 213.19p (ex income)
214.20p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,393,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 8 May 2009 was 212.79p (ex income) 213.76p (cum income).
