guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 28 January 2009 was 190.24p (ex
income) 192.09p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,003,750 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 28 January 2009 was 189.96p (ex income) 191.75p (cum income).
