guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 03 February 2009 was 182.15p (ex
income) 183.93p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,003,750 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 03 February 2009 was 181.95p(ex income) 183.67p (cum income).
