guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 8 June 2009 was 203.39p (ex
income) 205.84p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,048,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 8 June 2009 was 203.18p (ex income) 205.53p (cum income).
