Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 9 June 2009 was 202.40p (ex
income) 204.85p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,048,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 9 June 2009 was 202.24p (ex income) 204.59p (cum income).
