guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 2 March 2010 was 266.56p (ex
income) 268.43p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,246,523 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 2 March 2010 was 266.06p (ex income) 267.84p (cum income).
