Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 9 March 2010 was 272.35p (ex

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,246,523 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 9 March 2010 was 271.83p (ex income) 271.03p (cum income).
