Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 31 March 2010 was 277.79p (ex

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,941,612 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 31 March 2010 was 277.35p (ex income) 277.08p (cum income).
