guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 6 April 2010 was 283.68p (ex
income) 283.40p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,048,612 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 6 April 2010 was 283.07p (ex income) 282.80p (cum income).
