Publication of prospectus

The Company is pleased to announce the publication today of a Prospectus to
obtain Admission to the Official List of any Shares issued pursuant to a
placing programme.

A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism
and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM

The Prospectus will also be available shortly on the Company's website,
www.finsburygt.com

A copy of the Prospectus can be viewed at the offices of Frostrow Capital LLP,

Applications have been made to the UKLA for the block listing of 7,080,338 new
Ordinary Shares on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the
admission to trading on the main market for listed securities.
