FirstGroup plc - Notification of Directors' Interests in Shares
Each Non-Executive Director of the Company (other than David Begg and Colin
Hood who receive all of their fees in the form of shares in the Company) has
elected to receive 40% of his fees in the form of shares in the Company. Tim O'
Toole, Chief Executive, has elected to receive part of his remuneration each
month in the form of shares in the Company. Arrangements have been made for
these shares to be purchased on their behalf in the market on a regular basis.
Purchases took place on 25 January 2013 in accordance with standing
instructions as follows:
