 Grant of awards under the FirstGroup plc Executive Annual Bonus Plan ("EABP") 

FirstGroup plc (the "Company") announces that the following Directors and PDMRs
of the Company were each granted a nil cost award on 10 June 2013, after set
performance conditions were achieved during the financial year 2012/2013, over
the Company's ordinary shares of 5 pence under the EABP as follows:
