ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to a change in the Plus Market Rules requiring the format of financial
results to include a balance sheet as well as a profit and loss account the
shares of the company were suspended on Friday 1st October 2010.

The Company has now filed a revised set of Unaudited Interim Results for the 6
months to June 2010 in compliance with the rule change and trading in the
shares of the Company has now been restored.

Shareholders will receive a copy of the results in the new format by post.
