"B" Ordinary 4p Shares - CREST
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. is pleased to announce that their "B" ordinary 4p
shares, ISIN GB00B503FQ47, are now enabled in the CREST system for settlement
purposes. This has been done to facilitate ease of settlement and fulfil the
requests of various of its "B" class shareholders.
The issued share capital of the "B" ordinary 4p shares is currently 89,052,625
but as the shares are not admitted to trading there will be no additional
requirement for reporting purposes under section 5 of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
Shareholders wishing to convert their paper certificated holdings into
electronic holdings within the CREST system should submit their dematerialising
instructions in the usual way.
