Change of Auditor

In accordance with section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, a letter has today
been posted to shareholders of the Company for information only in relation to
the statutory statement received from Ernst & Young LLP in connection with its
resignation as the Company's auditor. The resignation follows the Company's
competitive process for the selection of an audit firm and the decision to
appoint Grant Thornton UK LLP as auditor. Grant Thornton UK LLP will be
proposed for re-appointment as auditor to the Company at the next Annual
General Meeting.

The letter will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage
Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM, and also on the Company's
website at www.fullers.co.uk.
