TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS AND PDMRS

EXECUTIVE SHARE OPTION SCHEME/SHARE SALE

The Company wishes to advise that Richard Fuller, a PDMR, today exercised an
Executive Share Option over 2,730 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in the Company, which
were granted to him in December 1998 at a price of £1.84 per share.

Mr Fuller then sold on the London Stock Exchange the 2,730 shares, at a price
of £4.00 per share.

Mr Fuller sold a further 5,000 `A' Ordinary 40p shares on the London Stock
Exchange at a price of £4.00 per share.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.

SAVE AS YOU EARN SHARE OPTION SCHEME

The Company also announces that on 19 September 2008 `A' Ordinary Share Options
have been exercised by the following Directors and PDMR's under the Employee
Save as You Earn Scheme as follows:
