Director/PDMR Shareholding

DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company wishes to advise that Colin Simpson, a PDMR, on Friday 18 January
2011 exercised an Executive Share Option over 8,172 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in
the Company, which were granted to him in July 2005 at a price of £3.67 per
share.

The Company also wishes to advise that Andrew Bowen, a PDMR, on Friday 18 March
2011 exercised an Executive Share Option over 4,400 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in
the Company, which were granted to him in July 2005 at a price of £3.67 per
share.

Mr Bowen then sold 4,400 `A' Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock Exchange,
at a price of £5.95 per share.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
