Directors' and PDMRs' interests in Ordinary Shares of the Company
Fuller's announces that on 22 July 2011, the Trustees of its Long Term
Incentive Plan ("LTIP") made a final release of "A" ordinary shares of 40p each
to the following Directors and PDMRs.
To facilitate the financing of the resultant tax liability arising on these
share awards, the Trustees have also sold in the market on behalf of each
Director or PDMR a proportion of the "A" ordinary shares originally awarded at
£4.05 per share. The shares were sold on Friday 22 July 2011 at £7.02 per
share.
As shown in the table below, some of the participants have also requested that
the Trustees sell further shares on their behalf. These shares were also sold
at £7.02.
