DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company wishes to advise that Michael Turner, a Director, on Monday 22nd of
February, exercised a Senior Executive Share Option over 19,767 `A' Ordinary
40p shares in the Company, of which 4,180 were granted to him in July 2003 at a
price of £2.20 per share and 15,587 were granted to him in July 2004 at a price
of £2.63 per share.

Mr Turner then sold the shares mentioned above on the London Stock Exchange,
1,655 shares at a price of £5.20 per share and 18,112 shares at a price of £
5.15 per share.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
