DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company wishes to advise that Simon Emeny, Group Managing Director, has
today exercised an Executive Share Option over 6,022 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in
the Company, which were granted to him in July 2006 at a price of £4.98 per
share.

Mr Emeny then sold 6,022 `A' Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock Exchange,
at a price of £7.06 per share.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
