DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company wishes to advise that Michael Turner, an Executive Director, on 27
September 2012, exercised an Executive Share Option over 14,150 `A' Ordinary
40p shares in the Company, which were granted to him in July 2003 at a price of
£2.12 per share.

Mr Turner sold 7,075 `A' Ordinary 40p Shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a
price of 712p per share and transferred 7,075 `A' Ordinary 40p Shares to his
wife. His wife then sold 7,075 shares on the London Stock Exchange, at a price
of 712p per share.

Mr Turner wishes to inform the market that the above sales were in relation to
the funding of a property transaction.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
