DIRECTOR SHARE DEALING

The Company wishes to advise that yesterday afternoon Chairman Michael Turner
sold 6,772 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in the Company at a price of £9.36 each.
These shares have been released from the Company's Share Incentive Plan. Mr
Turner intends to invest the proceeds in the purchase of the Company's B
shares, if and when some become available.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
