Share Incentive Plan - allocations to PDMRs

The Company announces that today, 4 December 2013, the following awards of
shares under the Company's Inland Revenue approved Share Incentive Plan were
made as set out below to Executive Directors (all of whom are PDMRs), as part
of a general award to eligible staff.

All awards are over 40p `A' ordinary shares.

The closing price for 3 December 2013 was £9.67 per `A' share.
