Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ('the Company')
The Company has today been notified that on 19 June 2007 Simon Emeny (Director)
disposed of 1,500 £1 `A' Ordinary Shares of the Company and his spouse Selina
Emeny disposed of 500 £1 `A' Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of £
18.85 per share (together the "Shares"). Following these disposals, Simon Emeny
has a total notifiable interest of 18,379 £1 `A' Ordinary Shares of the Company
(equal to a 0.14% holding) and of 119,321 10p `B' Ordinary Shares of the
Company (equal to a 0.33% holding).
The Company has today been notified that on 19 June 2007 the Shares were
purchased by F.S.T Trustee Limited, the trustee of the Fuller, Smith & Turner
P.L.C. Share Incentive Plan.
The Company has also today been notified that on 19 June 2007 F.S.T Trustee
Limited, the trustee of the Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. Share Incentive Plan,
purchased a further 6,000 £1 `A' Ordinary Shares of the Company at £18.85 per
share.
Details of these purchases are announced for information purposes because of
the potential interest of Directors and PDMRs in any future allocation of
shares under the Rules of the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
