and Richard Fuller appointed
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ("Fuller's"), London's only traditional brewery,
today announces that Tim Turner, Commercial Director, will be retiring from
Fuller's board at the end of March 2010.
Michael Turner, Chairman of Fuller's, said: "For thirty three years Tim has
added great vision, perception, judgement and experience to our Board. His
contribution will be much missed."
The Company also announces that Richard Fuller, who has worked for Fuller's
since 1984 and was appointed a Divisional Director with responsibility for
Sales in 1992, will join the Main Board with effect from December 8, 2009 as an
Executive Director.
Michael Turner commented: "Richard has achieved great success in his role as
Sales Director and he assumed responsibility for Personnel in 2005. He has just
completed an intensive two-month course at Harvard in preparation for his
appointment to the Main Board. We are delighted to confirm this well-deserved
promotion."
Richard Fuller will assume immediate responsibility for PR, which is currently
overseen by Beer Company Managing Director John Roberts, and will take over
