Alastair Kerr
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ('Fuller's'), London's traditional family brewer,
today announces that Alastair Kerr has been appointed to the Fuller's Board as
a Non Executive Director, with effect from August 1st, 2011.
Michael Turner, Chairman of Fuller's, said: "We are delighted that Alastair has
agreed to join our Board. His exceptional track record in consumer-focused
retail businesses will be a great addition to Fuller's. We are very much
looking forward to working with him."
Alastair is currently a Non Executive Director of high street clothing retailer
White Stuff Ltd. He has previously held senior management roles at Mothercare,
Kwik-Fit and The Body Shop.
Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that in
relation to Mr Kerr, there are no disclosable directorships and no further
details required to be disclosed under paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
