Simon Emeny to take on role of Group Managing Director at Fuller's
Fuller, Smith and Turner P.L.C ("Fuller's) today announces that Simon Emeny,
Managing Director of Fuller's Inns, will be promoted to the position of Group
Managing Director on November 1st 2010.
Simon, whilst continuing to report to Chairman Michael Turner, will assume
overall responsibility for the operations of the Company, with both The
Fuller's Beer Company and Fuller's Inns reporting to him.
Michael Turner, Chairman of Fuller's, said: "Simon has been a great asset to
Fuller's since he joined us in 1996, successfully moulding Fuller's Inns into
one of the UK's best quality pub groups. He has a wealth of experience in the
beer and pub industry which will help him drive the business forward whilst
preserving our core values.
"His new role will enhance Fuller's strong leadership team, ensuring we
continue to be the benchmark in both retailing and brewing, serving quality
beer in excellent pubs and delivering strong returns for shareholders, while
retaining our independence."
Simon Emeny, Group Managing Director designate, said: "Fuller's has a wonderful

As previously announced, Anthony Fuller CBE, will be stepping down as a
Non-executive director from today after 43 years on the board. The Directors
are delighted that he will remain as President.
