Fuller, Smith and Turner P.L.C. announces
Main Board Appointment
Fuller, Smith and Turner P.L.C. ("Fuller's") today announces that Ian Bray will
join its Main Board as the Managing Director of The Fuller's Beer Company.
Ian has a broad experience of FMCG marketing and senior management roles at
both international and domestic level, working with companies such as Wrigley,
Müller and SmithKline Beecham.
His most recent position was as European Marketing Director of Bunge S.A., a
Switzerland-based global foods and agricultural business.
Ian will take on operational responsibility for The Fuller's Beer Company,
leading production, distribution, sales and marketing. He will report to Group
Managing Director Simon Emeny and will join the Company on 12th December 2011.
Fuller's Chairman, Michael Turner said: "We are delighted that Ian is joining
the Board at Fuller's. His exceptional international management and marketing
experience will help us to grow sales of our beers both at home and abroad."

Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that in
relation to
Mr Bray, there are no disclosable directorships and no further details required
to be disclosed under paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
