NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company received a notification today from Solera Holdings Limited
informing it that on 3 April 2007 it held 265,000 `A' ordinary shares of the
Company representing 2.05% of the issued `A' ordinary share capital of the
Company.

Accordingly Solera Holdings Limited no longer holds a notifiable interest in
the Company's shares.
