Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ("the Company")
Share Purchase/Treasury Shares
The Company announces that on 23rd November 2007, it purchased for holding in
Treasury 102,000 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £5.75 per
share.
The Company has also been notified that on 23 November 2007 F.S.T. Trustee
Limited, the trustee of the Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. Share Incentive Plan,
purchased 11,000 `A' Ordinary Shares of 40p each at a price of £5.75 per share.
Details of this purchase are announced for information purposes because of the
potential interest of directors and other PDMRs in any future allocation of
shares under the Rules of the Company Share Incentive Plan.
Following a transfer by the Company of 61,645 `A' ordinary shares of 40p to the
Trustees of the Fuller Smith & Turner P.L.C. Long Term Incentive Plan at a
price of £4.572, the issued share capital now stands at 33,323,110 shares,
which includes 1,042,312 treasury shares.
For reporting purposes under section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the market
should exclude any shares held in treasury, giving an issued share capital of
32,280,798 shares.
