Transaction in Own Shares

Treasury Shares Purchase and Transfer

The Company announces that on 06 August 2010, it purchased for holding in
Treasury 46,485 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a price of £5.555 per
share.

As a result of the above purchase, the number of shares in issue, excluding
shares held in treasury was 32,697,877 ordinary shares.

These shares were then immediately transferred from treasury to the Company's
LTIP Trustee, following which the number of shares in issue was 32,744,362
ordinary `A' shares.
