Treasury Shares Purchase

The Company announces that on 10 March 2014, it purchased for holding in
Treasury 100,000 `A' Ordinary shares of 40p each, at a gross price of £9.65 per
share.

As a result of the above purchase, the issued share capital for the `A'
Ordinary shares of 40p each is 33,487,759 of which 1,173,155 (3.50%) are
treasury shares.
