    LONDON, Oct. 14 -- GMAC International Finance B.V. (GMACIF) is pleased to 
announce that the following information has been filed with and is available at 
the Document Viewing Facility of the Financial Services Authority:- 
 
    (i) The annual report and audited non-consolidated accounts of GMACIF for 
the financial years ended 31st December, 2003 and 31st December, 2004; 
   
   (ii) The annual report and audited consolidated accounts of GMAC for the 
financial years ended 31st December, 2003 and 31st December, 2004 (as set out 
on GMAC's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended 31st December, 2004); 
and 
  (iii) The unaudited consolidated accounts of GMAC for the three months 
ended 31st March, 2005 (as set out on GMAC's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended 
31st March, 2005).
