GM Announces 'Holiday Event' Enhancement
DETROIT, Dec. 5 -- General Motors Corp. today announced its 'Holiday Event'
retail marketing program on select 2002 and 2003 model year vehicles. The
program enhances GM's current Zero, Zero, Zero program by offering 0.0 percent
financing for up to 60 months for qualified buyers on GM's industry leading
sport utility vehicles and $1,000 Bonus cash on most other models.
'The 'GM Holiday Event' offers consumers the best deals yet on a new
General Motors product,' said Bill Lovejoy, group vice president of GM North
America Vehicle Sales, Service and Marketing. 'It's GM's way of saying 'Thank
You' for a terrific year. The program continues GM's strategy of simple and
compelling marketing programs, and demonstrating leadership in the
marketplace.'
GM begins advertising of the modified programs nationally, December 6,
2002.
