GM Announces New Marketing Program to Kick off 2003
DETROIT, Jan. 3 -- General Motors Corp. today announced its
newest retail marketing program, covering most 2003 model year vehicles.
Effective January 3 and continuing through February 28, GM is offering
customer cash rebates of up to $3,000 on most Buick, Chevrolet, GMC,
Oldsmobile and Pontiac 2003 models.
GM will also offer 0.0% APR finance rates for qualified buyers on most '03
passenger car models. Excluded from these programs are Cadillac, HUMMER, Saab
and Chevrolet Corvette.
'This new marketing program will allow us to kick off the new year and
continue our sales momentum,' said John Smith, group vice president of GM
North America Vehicle Sales, Service and Marketing. 'Our marketing program in
January will remain strong and encourage shoppers to see for themselves the
great value in GM's broad lineup of new cars and trucks.'
