EP Global Opportunities Trust plc (the "Company")
Amendment to the Company's multicurrency revolving loan facility
The Company announces that it has entered into an amendment agreement with
Scotiabank Europe PLC to increase the amount made available to it from
£5,000,000 to £10,000,000 under the terms of the Company's existing
multicurrency revolving loan facility dated 14 January 2011 (the "Facility").
Save for certain other minor and consequential changes, the terms of the
Facility have not otherwise been amended. As at today's date, the Company had
drawn down approximately £4,400,000 (in a combination of US dollars and
Japanese Yen) under the Facility.
