Amendment to Facility Agreement

EP Global Opportunities Trust plc (the "Company")

Amendment to the Company's £10,000,000 multicurrency revolving loan facility
(the "Facility")

The Company announces that it has entered into an amendment agreement with
Scotiabank Europe PLC in respect of the Facility (the "Amendment Agreement").

Pursuant to the terms of the Amendment Agreement, the termination date of the
Facility has been extended from 11 January 2013 to 10 January 2014.

Save for certain other minor and consequential changes, the terms of the
Facility have not otherwise been amended. As at today's date, the Company had
drawn down approximately £4,300,000 (in a combination of US Dollars and
Japanese Yen) under the Facility.
