                             Director Shareholding                             

The Company has been notified that Mr Colin Nicholl, director, transferred
450,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Talent to his wife, Mrs Carole Nicholl,
on 22nd September, 2005. Mr Nicholl continues to be beneficially interested in
487,500 ordinary shares, representing 3.01 per cent of the issued share capital
of the Company.
