The Company has today been informed that Mr Ian McBean, a Director of EP Global
Opportunities Trust plc, purchased 50,000 Ordinary shares of the Company at a
price of 170 pence per share on Friday, 20 April 2007.

Mr McBean now has an interest in 150,000 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 0.44% of the issued Ordinary shares.
