The Company has been informed that Mr Ian McBean, a Director of EP Global
Opportunities Trust plc, today purchased 25,000 Ordinary shares of the Company
at a price of 170 pence per share.

Mr McBean now has an interest in 175,000 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 0.52% of the issued Ordinary shares.
