The Company has been informed that on 8 June 2006, David Hough, a Director of
EP Global Opportunities Trust plc, purchased 8,000 Ordinary shares of the
Company at a price of 151.50 pence per share, for inclusion in an ISA.
Mr Hough now has an interest in 27,000 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 0.08% of the issued Ordinary shares.
