EP GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES TRUST plc (the "Company")
The Company has been informed that at the launch of the Company in 2003, Miss
Kenah Cryer, partner of David Hough, a Director of the Company, purchased 5,000
Ordinary shares of the Company. At the time of this transaction Mr Hough was
not required to notify this holding as part of his interest, as Miss Cryer was
not categorised as a connected person. Under the prevailing rules, however,
Miss Cryer is deemed to be a person connected with Mr Hough.
Mr Hough now has an interest in 49,000 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 0.16% of the issued Ordinary shares. All of Mr Hough's 40,000
shares are held in an ISA and all of Miss Cryer's 9,000 shares in the Company
are also held in an ISA.
