Director Changes
The Company announces that Jonathan Glazier, has resigned as a director of
Talent and Kate Beal has been appointed as a director of the Company, both with
immediate effect. Mr Glazier leaves the Company, where he has been director of
entertainment, to devote his time to pursuing his personal interests in social
networking projects. He will retain a shareholding in the Company and will be
available to offer his production and consultancy services for television
entertainment projects.
The board would like to thank Mr Glazier for his contribution as an executive
and director of the Company and looks forward to maintaining a strong
relationship in the future.
Kate Beal joined the Company in 2008 with the acquisition of KMB Productions
Limited (now Talent TV South Limited), which she founded in 2005 and for which
she acted as Creative and Managing Director. Ms Beal began her career with ITV,
first working for the company during her time at York University, where she
graduated with a degree in English and Politics. Following graduation, Ms Beal
joined ITV in 1998 where she held various positions, leaving in 2005 to
establish KMB Productions Limited.

Under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the following information is
disclosed:
Ms Kate Margaret Beal, aged 33, is a director of Talent Television South
Limited and holds options over 25,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company with an exercise price of 2 pence. The options vest on 26 August 2012,
from which point they are exercisable until 26 August 2020.
Ms Beal has confirmed there is no additional information to ne disclosed in
accordance with Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM rules.
