Grant of Options

                           Director's share options                            

Talent has today granted 250,000 share options to Stephen Callen, an executive
director of the Company. The options will vest from 26 August 2012 and are
exercisable until 26 August 2020. The options have been granted with at an
exercise price of 2p per ordinary share. At the close of business on 25 August
2010 the Company's mid-market price per share on the Alternative Investment
Market (AIM) was 1.75p.

Mr Callen has no other interests in the issued voting share capital of Talent.
