The Company was notified today that following the purchase on 24th May 2004 of
181,355 ordinary shares in Talent Group plc, Mr Duncan Duckett is now
beneficially interested in 1,162,500 ordinary shares, representing 7.17 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
