The Company was notified on 15th September, 2004 that following a sale of
49,500 ordinary shares in Talent on 13th September, 2004, Mr Duncan Duckett is
now interested in 1,088,000 ordinary shares representing 6.71 per cent. of the
issued share capital of Talent.
